Welcome home
Meet BJ Foster
​
BJ, is a Christian author and teacher, ministering to women around the world on the
incredible gift of 'freedom in Christ.' She is the author of, REBOUND, Staging a Spiritual
Comeback!, host of Withholding Nothing; A Podcast for the Soul and family advocate for
students living in poverty.

BJ speaks and writes frequently on education, disability, parenting, marriage and women’s
issues, bringing a refreshing and thoroughly Biblical approach to issues women care about
most. Married for 26 years to evangelist Kai Foster, they are the parents of two, daughter
Mason and son Cole. The Fosters love classic rock music, live theater and family adventures.

She has served in the ministry helping others find their way to God for the last 30 years as
a spiritual coach to the mature and mentor and role model to the young.
​
Having also worked for years in the entertainment industry and hearing the cry of so many that ‘they were not enough’, BJ answered the call to help navigate the waters of those who’d lost their way.
Having herself wandered through this maze of ‘am I good enough?’, BJ became an ear of understanding and a hand of acceptance. Since beginning her, 'More Than Enough' outreach, she has guided women all over the world to see that “together we can break every chain that binds us to a lesser person than the Creator intended”.
More Than Enough, we are standing, arm and arm, in our power as chain breakers.
